Wyatt Seal Inc of Columbia, SC announced today that it has completed an agreement to acquire The Seal Group at Hydradyne, a leading distributor of sealing products in the southeastern United States. Wyatt Seal will be adding the Seal Group’s three locations in Brookhaven, Mississippi, Covington, Louisiana, and Jackson, Tennessee to their already existing locations in Columbia, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina.
